XMONE is an exciting programme created to recognize new Social Marketers who hit the ground running with Modere. By meeting specific goals within their first months, new Social Marketers can earn up to 300€/£270, a great way to reward yourself for getting off to the best possible start in your Modere business!

Plus, Social Marketers who achieve the XMONE programme bonus will also be recognized on our monthly Kick Off calls. Who doesn’t like a little recognition for their awesome work?

In order to earn a total of up to 300€/£270, new Social Marketers have two pathways with the ultimate goal of achieving Silver as well as Team Leader by their 4th full calendar month after signing up.

New Social Marketers must:

  • Enrol with a minimum 150MP order
  • Qualify as Silver within the 1st full month to earn 75€/£67.50
  • Requalify as Silver in the month immediately thereafter to earn a further 75€/£67.50
  • Enrol two new Social Marketers in your team each joining with a minimum order of 150MP
  • By the end of their 4th month achieve Silver & Team Leader: earn 150€/£135

OR

  • Enrol with a minimum 150MP order
  • Enrol two new Social Marketers in your team each joining with a minimum order of 150MP
  • achieve Silver AND Team Leader within any of the first 4 calendar months after signing up: earn 300€/£270 in one go.

HOW TO QUALIFY

New Social Marketers are allowed four full calendar months including their joining month to meet the XMONE requirements. For example, if a Social Marketer joins on November 5th, they will have the rest of November as well as all of December, January and February to meet the requirements.

Social Marketers who enrol with a 150MP joining order are eligible to earn the XMONE bonus on fulfilling the qualification criteria.

QUALIFICATION REWARD

Modere XMONE bonus earners can earn up to 300€/£270.

EXAMPLES

SM1 signs up with a minimum 150MP order on January 21st. SM1 achieves Silver: earns 75€/£67.50.
Month 2 (February), SM1 achieves Silver: earns 75€/£67.50.
Month 3 (March), SM1 achieves Silver and earns the minimum garanteed but no XM one Bonus for this month.
Month 4 (April), SM1 achieves Silver as well as Team Leader: earns 150€/£135 for achieving Silver & Team Leader within the first 4 months.

SM2 signs up with a minimum 150MP order on February 4th.
Month 2 (March), SM2 achieves Silver: earns 75€/£67.50.
Month 3 (April), SM2 achieves Silver: earns 75€/£67.50.
Month 4 (May), SM2 achieves Silver: no XM One bonus in that month.

SM3 signs up with a a minimum 150MP order on December 24th.
Month 2 (January), SM3 achieves Silver as well as Team Leader: earns 300€/£270 for achieving Silver & Team Leader in one go.

 

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. The promoter is Modere Europe BV, Telecomlaan 9 (B5), 1831 Diegem, Belgium.
  2. The Modere XMONE programme is a temporary business promotion and is not a permanent component of the Modere Compensation Plan.
  3. The promotion is valid for new Social Marketers signing up from October 1st, 2023, up to and including March 31st, 2024.
  4. The promotion is open to all new Social Marketers based in one of the European countries supported by Modere Europe.
  5. A Social Marketer being considered for the XMONE bonus must be commission qualified in the given bonus month.
  6. The bonus is not retroactive for new Social Marketers. The Social Marketers will start earning the reward in the month they become eligible.
  7. The XMONE Bonus earned as part of this promotion will be awarded with your commission monthly payment.
  8. The earnings as part of this promotion are not transferable, either in whole or in part.
  9. Modere will disqualify volume from a duplicate account.
  10. The value of the Modere XMONE programme reward will be reported on the annual Social Marketer Tax document
  11. Winners will be notified by email.
  12. Modere reserves the right to publish and use your pictures and profile in Memos, the Modere Website, Blog and other media used by Modere to promote its business.
  13. Any individual qualification may only be counted once
  14. By participating in the Modere XMONE Programme, you fully and unconditionally acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
  15. The promotion may be modified or discontinued at any time without notice by Modere.
  16. Modere reserves the right to withhold a payment in case of questionable adherence to the Promotional Rules of Engagement and corresponding Terms & Conditions.
