Without a doubt, Social Retail with Modere is a people business. More often than not, people become part of this opportunity because they were introduced to it through a strong relationship or recommendation.
At times, relationships don’t always meet expectations and people want to make changes. We understand this but we urge you to thoroughly assess any situation where you are concerned with the relationship with your Sponsor or Upline. Carefully consider any implications to your business and future objectives before you make a final decision. As is common in the network marketing industry, changing Sponsor is strictly regulated – and is essential to protect the integrity of an organisation and ensure fair treatment and equality for our members.
Read the extract of the Policies and Procedures that illustrates that point:
4.5.2 CHANGE OF SPONSOR
Sponsor changes are not permitted except pursuant to the section regarding Cancellation and Re-Application.
4.5.3 CANCELLATION AND RE-APPLICATION
A Social Marketer may legitimately change his or her Network by voluntarily cancelling his or her Modere Social Marketer Agreement by submitting a Modere Social Marketer Account Cancellation Request form and remaining inactive (i.e., no purchases of Modere products, no sponsoring, no attendance at any Modere functions, no participation in any other form of Social Marketer activity, and no operation of any other Modere business) for six full calendar months. Following the six-month period of inactivity, the former Social Marketer may reapply under a new Sponsor.
